I am at work where I have a 100Mb Fiber Internet connection and it says I don't have 7.5Mb.

I bet this is prob. made to only tell Verizon Fios Customers that they are capable of receiving the 7.5Mb downstream and this HDWeb.
Either way, you certainly have more than enough download for this application.
