I was playing with this last nite from work and it sure as hell worked fine.
We have oc 192 carriers to all our buildings and even on the local g wifi it worked. So I know they aren't just advertising. It does a small download at first to see if it's capable , it is possible that you had other workers who where using the network while you tried.
I work night shift so I am literally 1 of 4 in the building and 2 are security guards
