Problem with site reporting 7.5??


I have FIOS 15/2 service and got the message that I don't have the required 7.5!! I did a speedtest and I am getting 14.1/1.8!!

your speed to them will totally depend on the number of hops latency between them and you.

You can have gigabit connectivity but if the number of hops and latency is too high you could only see 3-4mbps from their site.
