I've got Comcast and failed the 'bandwidth test'......

But it's my locations fault (no DSL & near saturation rates for Comcasts HSI- therefore limited powerboost). It looked very good on my 23" widescreen monitor even though the buffer couldn't keep up with the 1080 videos, the 720p vids were better.
