[CDV] Voice Breaking up

Hey,

We are having a problem with our CDV. When we call people locally, we hear them fine, but they can barely hear us. There is a lot of stuttering and breaking up going on. I have called my cell phone from my phone and can confirm it is happening. We called Comcast, and they are sending someone out to look at our lines tomorrow. Do you guys think it is a problem with the lines or something on Comcast's end? It just started happening recently...
