obviously there is a problem with your cable being that the internet is through your cable. You may need to call for a service tech to fix the problem and hopefully you wouldn't be typing bad reviews. And, the other thing is t.w has problems as well, for instance if you like having your bill rate go up $10-$15.00 a month have at it. Also, there connection as far as any of there services are not so much better just ask any customer who have switched over to Grande. As a technician of Grande I install Many many old t.w customers and its the same story over and over, and please don't let me get technical I could go on and on. Oh,and the statement about you get what you pay for yea sure, I guess that's why everyday more and more t.w customers are switching over. |
