<description><![CDATA[Gza14 posted : I've only been a customer for about four months total, and things have been pretty good overall.<br><br>While I don't run speedtest.net everyday, 3web cable "feels" consistent for the most part. Yes, there are random outages (which seem to occur during post-midnight hours), but it's more of a once-in-a-blue-moon thing. Any other speed / packet loss issues are mostly attributed to problems on Cogent's - their bandwidth provider's - end, which are usually resolved in a timely manner, given their size and dependency from other providers.<br><br>No throttling whatsoever. :)<br><br>And yes, you can use your current Motorola... just let them know, upon signup, that you already have a modem and would like to use it. They'll ask for its MAC address.<br><br>In-game pings are decent: usually around 50ms to Chicago servers.]]></description>
