I've been told it is not even available in the Radcliff, KY market....it sucks watching the commercials and wanting it over the alternative here, and it not being available at all. |

| Unfortunately many of us have been down this road before. I was under the impression that this service had been available in all Insight markets for some time now. It's interesting to find out that this may in fact not be the case. Hopefully someone with a bit more information will pop into the thread to provide you with more detailed information on when the phone service may go live for your area.
