| Re: [TWC] RoadRunner Email issue - 550 Relay problem The error message you are seeing reflects that you are not connected to the Road Runner network. I had a gentleman call me last week about this very same issue. He had connected by mistake to his neighbors Wi-Fi (which is a DSL connection, off TW network) and therefore when he went to send mail to anyone but a road runner address, it gave this message. Once we disconnected from the neighbors Wi-Fi and connected to his own, it worked like a champ.
Double check where you are connected for one, see where your IP address is resolving to. If it isnt road runner, you have your answer.
