I did convert a lineshare to a dry loop, like you are proposing, and the price was $39.95 for 1500/384. They charge the same rate for 1500/384 as for 3000/768 and simply give you whichever your circuit will support.
If by chance you have a second phone line which you are also planning to dump, one option would be to transfer the DSL to that line (and hence a number you don't care about) and then convert to dry, but it's always risky to move DSL to another line. |
