Watch your EMBARQ bill. This month (November 2007) when I open my EMBARQ bill my DSL charge waas $29.99 instead of the usual $19.99. I called EMBARQ and had the charge corrected. Watch your bill. |

| Which speed do you have? Currently the 768 is priced at $19.99 with a bundle.
In the past the 1.5 has been as low as $19.99, but those older promotions did not have the price for life clause that the current pricing has.
I am glad they put you back on the $19.99, but the only price guarantee is on the current pricing structure.

We do not change the price of DSL service. One of three things happened to your bill--1)You removed a bundle from your home phone 2)There wasn't a complete bundle on the home phone and the system caught it or 3)You had a promotional discount and the time period ran out. |
