Re: Anyone else experiencing slow/non-existent torrent speeds? Personally, i haven't stopped experiencing poor performance with torrents since they implemented the stupid throttling system. Today i was switched from a 74 range ip to the dreaded 99 range ip and now im getting even more of a decrease in performance. With the 74 range i was at least getting a somewhat comfortable speed of around 300 kb/sec and now i have a hard time getting even 100 kb/sec. This is getting really out of hand. |
