said by TKJunkMail  :But we all know that MOST Bittorent traffic isn't legit. Hence the arms race. So once again the criminals amongst us make it bad for everyone. Think about it this way, if it weren't for this arms race people at Ellacoya, Sandvine, Cisco's SCE department and Allot amongst others would be out of jobs.
As it is they are working on and probably subcontracting to cryptanalysts as well to identify this stuff.
Oh and encrypted BT has been detectable for ages owing to the fact the implementation of it was total crap. |
