Aaah Robbers ! One of the worst ISPs Canada has to offer. Too bad the DSL alternative of TeckSavvy is not available everywhere.
Dump Robbers and Hell Sympatico as fast as you can. The throttling is just icing on the cake. Go to a proper ISP like the one mentioned above and you won't regret it.
