Re: Their customer service sucks That's funny, I called today and it clearly sound like an English Speaking American to me.
Besides, I had a Co-worker call AT&T (formally Cingular) last week and he commented how the person sounded like they were in India.
This is not just Sprint but a lot of Companies are doing this. |

| I heard Americans prefer the Canadian near-shored agents to American agents...They're probably nicer because our labour laws are more strict and so they are treated better. Not because they're better people. :-P |
