Go with the netgear rangemax. I have the WPN824v1. Dunno what the other revs are in terms of quality.

You can then make the 704 a modem-only. Which seems good so far.

The rangemax is a netgear attempt at MIMO. 7 internal antennas. It really works. Nothing ever drops.
