i do not think it has any paying customers; its a free service. but it will not be free if you take the packet8 offer. i am one on the privatephone users. i am pretty upset that they did not work something out with a similar free service for number porting. the logical choices would be aimphoneline or grandcentral. i will be contacting both aol and google to see if they can port my number.
