When I called, I could not understand what they were saying, it's clearly sprint outsources to India.
Many who say Sprint sucks is talking about the past. They changed customer service, they've added CDMA to thousands of Nextel sites, their data service is better than anyone else. Some studies say they have the least dropped calls.
But so many people will still say Sprint sucks based on the past even if they've improved significantly... even if better than other carriers.
