Need help with reducing the echo.

I went through the whole 39 pages, and in the middle someone did mention that the other party can hear echo, but the box side is just fine. I have the same probelm, no matter if I call out or people call in, they say they hear echo, but I am in the box side and my sound is perfect clear. Any help with this issue? Thanks.

This sounded like more of an acoustic echo from your phone unit and/or mic sensitivity configuration on your VTA-VR. If the person whom you talk to sounds loud to you, can you adjust the speaker on your phone to tone down a bit to see if this will resolve the issue?

Thanks for the quick reply.

It is the other party can hear their own voice echo, not mine, just like their voice was bounced back to their end. I hear them just fine.

New firmware

It's a new firmware available VTA-11.4.1-r060815-1.00.09-r070401.img , I wonder if will be more stable and also if will lock the VTA.
