Welcome!
When you get on the air, maybe we can start a CT DSLR VHF net.

 | KF6VB.
Got my ticket around 1970. Novice, General, Advanced. Then did the Extra around 1985 or so. With 20WPM code. Ham Radio was the foundation of a career in electronics.
Haven't been active for some years, thinking about getting back into it.

Cycle 24 is on the upswing now and I've been told that modern receivers are much, much better than the stuff we had twenty-five years ago. -- HCN: Because you deserve a rest!

Welcome to the forum and to the Ham Radio Fraternity, get on the air, the ethers' fine.
K2TCW: congradulations on your upgrade to Extra and earning your GROL with ship radar endorsement and GMDSS. quite a gaggle of exams in a short time. I should have done the radar endorsement when I got my GROL. May do it yet, was thinking of the 2nd class radiotelegraph ticket as I get credit for the CW with my Extra.
