I just got off the phone with a cox csr, because I'm interested in getting "basic" cable, or expanded. She mentioned that they no longer offer basic cable? Is this true?
I have been looking for channel lineup of basic vs expanded and I haven't found one, which makes me believe the csr.

Looks like you still have basic,
That website you have there is much cleaner. Even the channel lineup is updated (ours isn't)
Now that's for PH metro. Couldn't find one for your neighbourhood

I found the lineup for Tucson. I will definitely be going for expanded. I get all the channels in basic OTA (almost all).
Thanks. Now, if we had On Demand in AZ, that would definitely make me go for Digital. But for the moment expanded is all I need. |

there was a press release that called arizona a flagship market(yet no ondemand or 2mbps upload on HSI!)
