<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : The article would be a decent argument in favor if it had not gotten some key facts incorrect.   Those glaring factual errors kill the argument.<br><br>The article takes the angle that there is nothing wrong with THROTTLING, however, Comcast is not throttling BT connections...   It is out right blocking sessions by forging TCP packets with the RST bit set.   Anyone with a strong understanding of the TCP/IP stack will understand the difference.<br><br>As well, the problem is that this type of packet forging doesn't throttle/block only the targeted types of traffic, it also impacts other classes of traffic, most specifically VPN tunnels.]]></description>
