| Convert CD's to DVD
Does anybody know of software or online guides to convert multiple program CD's to a single DVD? I have a few computer programs that are on 3,4 and even 5 CD's that are such a pain to install and I'd like to put each program on a DVD to end the hassle. |

| That has been asked before many times and it is not possible.
You would have to buy the DVD version of the Game/Program instead as the installer is written differently based on the Media and whether it has to expect drive changes when swapping CD Media or not and there is no way to emulate that on a DVD.

| reply to Bornloser No one program. Instead, what you'd have to do is rewrite/edit the .msi installer(using Orca) to redirect the location of the other files into directories on the DVD. But it wouldn't be a valid disk, so you would still have copy protection issues and would need to use the original game discs to play with. |

| reply to Doctor Olds I got the job done. I tried it on greeting card software. I created a new folder on my hard drive and copied the contents of each disk into the folder, overwriting when asked. I burned the folder to DVD and use the .msi on the new disk to install. Works like a charm. |
