Sadly as per my edited review things became unstable.

Now synched much lower than that speed, 2.2MB/s is a fantasy, and pretty unreliable due to router reloading at random.

 Also engineering with this ISP is appauling. While they implement the IWF watch list instead of implementing it properly in a Cleanfeed manner they just simply blacklist IPs which isn't really useful for shared hosting. Evidently their engineering department lacks the wit to deploy HTTP level filtering.

I would have to recommend avoiding these guys for now.
