I consider myself a pretty heavy user; and rarely hit 50 gigs/mth. I don't do torrents, so any throttling Bell is doing, doesn't affect me anyways.

I had a problem with my speed profile when the account was setup; within an hour of posting in the Sympatico direct forum, I was on the correct profile, and working fine - I consider that pretty damn decent support.
