Please keep the faith in your product, I truly love it! Yes, I have had some issues with my magicJack but for the price, and knowing that it was in 'beta' - I am not going to complain. Anyway...it usually 'rights' itself without me doing much of anything (not that I would know what to do, I'm not a techie ).
