I don't have a PAP2v2 configured to operate on my LAN at the moment; however, the dial plan from my Uniden UIP1869V Digital IP Phone which I believe is similar to the one from a PAP2v2 is follows:
The above dial plan is the default one and it is working just fine for me with GizmoProject, i.e. I haven't tried it on any commercial VoSPs, yet.
