The check might bounce. 
And their Net Tangible Assets are only $88,932.

Anyway, most settlements like this are paid over time.. not in one lump sum. They just have to add that judgment as a line item on the balance sheet and take the hit as they go and hope revenues or investments will pick-up to cover it.
