Acanac on a naked DSL

Does anyone have any experience using Acanac on a naked DSL line? What kind of info do you need to setup the service? Do they identify the circuit by address or should I call Bell for some kind of ID?

I live in a condo, do i need a technician to come in to set up this service? Will I need to pay for any additional hardware?

Same questions, also is there any difference in quality between dry loop and a normal phone line?

If I have a phone connected to open the lobby door does it need to be filtered?

I have used dry loop for 3 months, until now it's OK.
For dry loop, you need pay additional $8 each month and needn't a technician to come in. When you apply for this service, you just tell them you didn't have a normal phone line.
