Re: Thieves upset at democrats for cracking on thievery

This topic has everything to do with the upcoming elections.
They are using this issue to polarize sentiments against the democratic house.
Who are doing thier jobs by introducing legislation to combat illegal activitys by our citizens.

You mean the do nothing Democrat congress? They have yet to pass, or even propose, any legislation that they promised to. They instead spend their time on this kind of BS bill that is aboslutely rediculous and is nothing except one Congressman's pandering to the RIAA. Take off the tin foil hat. There is no right-wing conspiracy. There was no "election stealing". And there really isn't any decent Democrat, or Republican, member of Congress. I love you little conspiracy theory Democrats. Everyone out to get you and your socialist buddies. You make me laugh.

Combating illegal activity is one thing. Making new laws that "combat" that illegal activity by punishing large groups of people who didn't commit the crime and are only "guilty" of being in the same university as the guilty parties is quite another.

We already have laws on the books which combat copyright infringement. This law isn't needed except in some RIAA/MPAA wet dream which shouldn't come true. These politicians (regardless of party affiliation), need to remember that their employer isn't the RIAA or the MPAA, but rather is the American people.

...and we elect the moron on the other party.

Honestly, given the pick of today's canidates...I'm voting 3rd party. I could care less of the rhetoric of "throwing away my vote"...I just can't stomach supporting any of these idiots.

Same here. I haven't decided who I'm voting for, but if no main party candidate matches my views (which seems likely), then I'll vote third party. I don't care if people see it as "throwing away my vote" or "helping the other side win", I see it as sending a message to the main parties that I don't like their candidates.
