I love the idea & approach!
looking forward to next year (mid of 2008)...

i`ll be a happy camper if:

1) the OS+apps are 100% free (no ads please)
2) available for download
3) i can install them easily on my current phone (at the time of download)
4) did i mentioned free

It won't be free & ad-free at the same time.

You will be able to install it on NEW phones designed for Android and unlocked. It won't be for existing phones.

Thats fine, i bet someone will design an app to block all the ads if there are any initially (like the CustomizeGoogle extension for FireFox)
