Capital 4's employees told me the owners took all the money and spent it on million dollar homes only to leave the company broke and the customers in a bind on purpose. 3Com has now filed suit as of October 7, 2007 for trademark infringement. What this amounts to is fraud. Unfortunately 3Com is in the middle of a huge amount of bad publicity that they have no control over. Follow the suit in New York's court system to see how it plays out, it won't be pretty for the owners of Capital 4. Something tells me 3Com has enough money and lawyers to make their lives miserable for a long, long time. |

| How does 3COM rationalize suing Capital 4 for Trademark infringement? Capital 4 owns the trademark, and 3COM paid for rights to use the idea. Oh well, the power of deep pockets and corporate lawyers wins again.
that is pretty laughable. I hope 3com comes away with the black eyes they deserve on this one. The whole thing sounds fishy and underhanded, and I have every reason to believe they knew exactly what they were doing too.
