Re: Teleblend Cancelled my Account??? They closed it because they thought I asked them too. I don't see how that could have happened as I never did but their records stated that the account was closed on September 28 - they actually refunded a month of service on the 29th and I never did see a bill for October which should have raised a flag but I didn't call because the phone was working great. 
They sent my ticket to a "supervisor" and said it should be back on in 24-48 hours and to call back if it was not. I'll keep my fingers crossed. I see a ticket and it is still actually open.
Some questions I think about are:
1. Why did they think my account was asked to be closed and why did I never get any type of confirmation from them that it was closed or would be closed?
3. If it was canceled on 9/28 why did everything work until 11/12? That was 1 1/2 months of free service. |
