No...... they're not. having known quite a few people who have worked at different customer service centers. recordings are usually randomly done to improve service quality. Unless you're talking about cust svc calls to fraud depts or certain small depts within financial institutions.
Do you realize how much money it would cost to keep an archive of every single call made to any paticular call center considering how many calls a call center receives a day? -- At first I thought everyone on the highway was drunk but then I realized I was driving in Florida  |
