It depends on a company. Some record them all, others record only some. But I think in this case, this company records them all, so they got this guy right where they want him.

No...... they're not. having known quite a few people who have worked at different customer service centers. recordings are usually randomly done to improve service quality. Unless you're talking about cust svc calls to fraud depts or certain small depts within financial institutions.

Do you realize how much money it would cost to keep an archive of every single call made to any paticular call center considering how many calls a call center receives a day?
