He called in a false report of ONE of the above, which all fall under the same charge. It doesn't mean that a pipe bomb = a WMD, in fact, it is distinguishing between them.

Here is a quote from the article:
"Stranbrough is charged witha false report of planting a bomb, explosive or weapon of mass destruction".
So, it could be a bomb, explosive **or** weapon of mass destruction. I believe that a pipe bomb would qualify. |
