Almost all calls to Cust Svc are RECORDED. They may have all the proof they need.
No...... they're not. having known quite a few people who have worked at different customer service centers. recordings are usually randomly done to improve service quality. Unless you're talking about cust svc calls to fraud depts or certain small depts within financial institutions.
