20/1? I'll pass. This is like buying a car with tires that are capable of 250mph but an engine that can barely reach 60.

The extra download speed is nice but what about the upload? This amounts to marketing hype. Make yourself look like a player in the broadband game by announcing that you're now offering 20mb downloads! I'm guessing you have to search the fine print to find the part where it mentions your upload will still suck (if it mentions it at all). Sounds like an Insight competitor has (or soon will) announce a speed increase.
