I remember some of the call from last year where $.002 is the same as .002 cents .... Really ??? How do you calculate whether your paycheck is correct or not? Your change at the store?
The CSR has access to a hard-copy of the price-list and/or one on their computer, just READ and state what it says. Maybe they can't read either ...

| | I appreciate everyone's frustration with the inaccurate price quotes. But my question is more along the lines of: since it's generally considered to be at least in bad taste to record conversations, is the stated reason for this common practice true? After results like this:
1. Either Verizon records customer service calls for some reason other than quality control.
2. Or Verizon is proving that recording customer service calls is a lousy way to improve customer service.
3. Sooo: why do I have to take off my tinfoil hat to make a customer service call? (not that I would actually waste my time hoping that whoever answers the phone can help with a problem I can't solve myself, why not just shout out the window for help?). | |

Just like the fat jerk (had DSL pron addiction???) who recorded AOhell's rep., they should start prosecuting especially if you are not a customer. A lot of his comments weren't flattering on YouTube.
Plus, it was a stupid video.
