It took 4 visits from techs to fix my issues.

I'm up and running with both of my DSL lines and just waiting on a profile bump from Bell on my Teksavvy line.

Here are my new stats, pretty sweet. Bell even had my sympatico line at 8mbit for a time before their script picked it up and put me back to 6mbit. 850KB/s on a single thread was pretty sweet while it lasted.

As for my previous ISP, I can forgive mistakes but I wouldn't mind hearing "we effed up, sorry" but the best I got from them was "we TOLD you how the problem happened" and no hint of restitution for the 8 days lost service. All was great until Nov 14 when it looks like Bell cut off my service. Tickets are apparently open with Bell, but no resolution as of Nov 19 morning. By unofficial, I mean that my disconnect date from my old DSL ISP is on November 30th. I kinda cheated and decided to use the Teksavvy login early. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait. The real test will come when my service is officially transferred over and hopefully, it'll be done without a glitch.
