 [HELP] cisco Hub and spoke help

I have 2 internet conections in main office and 1 internet connection in branch office,
i am wondering if i can configure IPSEC VPN for redundancy like picture below, desgn #2 and design #3,
configure each branch office router to make two vpn connection to main office.

any help, pointer will be appreciated, thanks
