I thought you couldn't get new price if you already on contract like 1year and you want to go for 2 or 3

Port Coquitlam, BC		 I believe when they came out with the new price cut, all the people who wanted the price had to sign a new contract extending their term. I wasn't interested in signing a new contract though, so I'm not sure... just what I heard on the forums.
