| In the Bangor market specifically, there is a shortage of people more than a shortage of jobs. We're not just talking about in retail and food service (though there's a ton of those, which I don't necessarily consider good job growth) but there's a shortage in new construction across the region.
There are economically depressed places in Maine, don't get me wrong, but I do think it is getting better, not worse. At this rate we might actually see a Jetblue or a Southwest fly into here and make use of the disappointment that is the local International airport.
