As a Vermont Verizon Customer this is ridiculous. The reason there's no money in area around here is because EVERYONE'S service is terrible. Maybe if they went the extra mile and upgraded us to something better than the same crap connections we've had for 8 years, they would gain a lot of customers, actually, I can guarantee they would gain customer's.
It's pretty much them saying that because of where I live I will never get a decent internet connection, which is crap.
...and with TW and Comcast (whoever you have over in Vermont) dangling the Digital phone and internet packages in front of peoples faces, they are very eager to switch.
