How much are the big wigs making compaired to everyone else in the company? How much of that money is turning around, and going back into the company? These are the big questions. The "big wigs" are making precisely what they are worth as defined by the marketplace. If they weren't worth it, they would be fired. If they were worth more, someone else would hire them.
This applies to everyone who works there, not just the big wigs. |
