Got rid of Norton and installed sophos. Ran a scan and found 2 virus / hack tools<br><br>SOrting out Java at the mo<br><br>Gonna try safe mode with connectivity to identify if its a piece of software thats slowing it down. After this Im gonna install a new wireless modem  / router]]></description>

Speed tests I conduct tell me I am averaging a speed of between 2 -3 Mb<br><br>BUT when I am generally surfing - pages can take soooooo long to load and just hang. I have tried different browsers - no change. <br>Talk Talk customer support are non existent. Thinking of just changing provider. Had no problems with BT before hand except the price. <br>Can anyone help?]]></description>
