I'm having "latency problems" with Embarq (Martinsville, VA), especially at prime times. They say, "We're working on it and will have an upgrade by 11/23/07, and, by the way, it's not a problem of oversold capacity". Haw, haw.

I am in Rocky Mount I did report it and they said it should be fixed by next week. They said they had several calls tonight so keep calling maybe it will help
