Magicjack in West Virginia, no citys

Listened to that interview of Dan/magicjack on computeramerica where he said they had a contract in all 50 states. If thats the case how come there ain't one city in West Virginia. We only have one areacode-304. Knows a few that would get magicjack in the state if they would at least give us one city in our state. What does peeps at magicjack think, West Virginia is part of Virginia. Peeps we are our own state. thanks
