The state or city by-laws might make your job illegal.
There's been a push to ban these in the Santa Clarita area due to their distraction (i.e. sign spinners standing at the corner of intersections).

The real people lobbying for those laws are telcos and cablecos. Its an unprecedented merger between the 2 to form a vast comspiracy to put ninjaturtle out of work!
