USA is not ready for HD streamed videos on youtube or anywhere else on the internet.

A lot of people in the USA are having a hard enough time with fuzzy low quality videos.

May be the folks in S. Korea/Japan where 100mbs costs $20/month or whatever it costs over there can do it.

I can easily get normally compressed HD video just fine with a 6600 kbps connection. You don't need 100 mbps to watch HD video.

Bluffton, SC		 In my hood 3000 kbps is the max you can get no matter what your willing to pay. I don't know the numbers but I would think no one but the big city people can get 6600 kbps.

My town is less than 4k people and i get 10MB/1MB from Charter, soon it will be 16MB/2MB.
