As I sit here and read these you have to wonder if the corporate brains read these posts. Let me also say HUGHES NET SUCKS!! I have had this crap service for 6 years without a choice. It is kind of Ironic to talk about FAP as I just went over today and am on my Verizon smart card that is darn near just as fast for a dial up. Any one who has not had this service for a while just wait you will soon see why this sucks and why the company should spend more time trying to help with the ridiculous cost per month down and hire some damn ENGLISH speaking Americans instead of this damn call center in INDIA. God I cannot tell you how shitty this service is as I type it I get more pissed off. |

| Geez no kidding. that is one of the biggest complaints I have is that when you need help you have to speak to a darn indian (not american indian). 'Du u undr-tand dis?' 'yes, i du undr-tand u cant speek eenglish'.
Then you try to get the indian equivalent of America's Billy-Bob's name and it is something like 'mi nem is rah-ju-pan-dher' and 'u du not ned mi nem, jis dis kes numb-br'.
Cheap outsourcing to india and you'd think they'd take the money and improve peak hour performance. |
